Insurance & Payment

At this time, we do not bill any insurances and none of our practitioners are contracted with, in network with, or ‘preferred’ by any insurance companies. If your insurance offers you the ability to submit forms for reimbursement we are happy to provide you with the codes and information that you need from us for said reimbursement. You are responsible for contacting your own insurance and understanding your own coverage. You are responsible for full payment at time of service.

If you are low income and would like to speak to us about sliding scale options, please reach out! We address these on a case-by-case basis.
